Sally Kilgore

Sally  lives and writes in Texas and is nearly a native Texan.

She got here as soon as she could, at age ten.

When not pounding on the keyboard, you'll find Sally gardening, filling in at the flower shop or hunting down her grandkids. She is married to her longtime flame, often referred to as the Big Old Bear, (B.O.B.) Judge Chris Kilgore.

Sally is  a devoted servant to Bob Kilgore,

an abundantly sized Tuxedo cat with panache.

With work published in The Dallas Morning News, The Blue Ribbon News,

The Orchards Poetry Journal and Persimmon Tree,

we wonder where she’ll be in print next.

Often asked “when are you writing your book?”

Such things take time to develop.

Happiness is a place between too much and too little.

                                                               - Finnish Proverb
